Locomotion Research Laboratory (LRL)
performs many facets of human gait research
including slips and falls research to provide
new scientific knowledge on the causes of and
prevention of accidents involving human
locomotion. The application of this research
includes industrial safety, environmental design,
and rehabilitation.
